Easy-to-use telco featuresin a compact, attractive table-top unit fully compatible with Composer and Symetrix DSP systems.
Compact but powerfulfamiliar features such as Mute, Hold, Re-dial, call and local volume adjustment, four soft-key function buttons, DND, and conferencing capabilities such as Join, Split and Disconnect — all in a table-top unit the size of a paperback book.
100 unique speed dial numberscan be programmed per PD-1 dialer. Phone lists can be exported and imported for sharing speed dial numbers between PD-1 Dialers.
Vivid, high-resolution display; icons rather than English text simplifies use. All contextual information is shown on the display. Also employs a 3.5-inch, 480×272-pixel landscape LCD screen, and is readable in strong daylight.
Easily programmedthrough our industry-standard Composer software (version 7.1) and capable of all mock-up functionality including multi-lingual support. Each PD-1 Telco Dialer also includes a concealed, rear-panel “Magic” reset switch for rebooting the system or return to default settings.
Flexible architecture.Add additional PD-1 Telco Dialers to the same system; add multiple dialers to the same telephone interface (for example, a PD-1 for Line One, a second PD-1 for Line Two). Up to four PD-1 Dialers are supported per telco card.
Ethernet-powered.There is no need for external power supplies, since PD-1 Telco Dialers are PoE-powered.
Some PD-1 Telco Dialer functionsare not available when using Analog Telephone Interface cards.
Architect and Engineer Specifications: PD-1 Telco Dialer
The hardware dialer shall be designed exclusively for use with Symetrix DSP-hosted telco interfaces. The dialer shall provide all call management functions and support 100 programmable speed dial numbers.
Symetrix Composer software shall be provided that operates on a Windows computer, with network interface installed, running Windows 7® or higher operating system. Computer connection for configuration shall be via the device’s rear (bottom) panel Ethernet connector.
The front panel shall include 25 buttons and a display. The display shall provide call management details plus operational and system status.
All program memory shall be non-volatile and provide program security should power fail. The device shall provide time and date display and may sync to NTP or a DSP unit in the same site.
The device shall be powered over Ethernet (PoE) by an IEEE 802.3af Class 0 standard compliant switch or the included injector. The device shall meet UL/CSA and CE safety requirements and comply with CE and FCC Part 15 emissions limits. The device shall be RoHS compliant. The chassis shall be constructed of Galvalume and molded plastic.
