This M15 Filter Holder Kit is designed for use with a Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Lens. It allows for the convenient use of up to two separately available 150mm wide, 2mm thick filters along with a separately available Magnetic Filter for the M15 Filter Holder. Mounted within a nonthreaded aluminum alloy ring, a Magnetic Filter for the M15 Filter Holder is made specifically to fit between the included M15 Filter Holder and an adapter ring for the filter holder. For filters such as a Magnetic Circular Polarizer, the filter holder’s external dial integrates with the filter ring, allowing for the independent rotation and adjustment of those filter types.

FILTER SLOTS

Pre-installed with one pair of plastic filter slots, the aluminum-alloy filter holder is initially configured to accommodate one rectangular filter. The M15 Filter holder comes included with 2 extra pairs of filter slots so that 3 square filters can be used simultaneously.

FAST LOCK CLAMP SYSTEM

Use of the M15 Filter Holder is easily accomplished by placing the kit’s adapter ring over the integrated hood of a Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Lens, followed by an optional Magnetic Filter for the M15 Filter Holder. After being fitted onto an adapter ring, the filter holder’s pull-and-release locking knob helps to provide a reliable, yet adjustable connection that allows the holder to be rotated 360°, which benefits the use of rectangular graduated neutral density or other filters that are enhanced by varied positioning.
