CPC

The extremely low profile Chain Pole Clamp clamps securely to 2.375” to 7”OD tent poles utilizing many contact points to maximize its grip while the 6061T-6 aluminum link design minimizes potential damage to the tent poles. Beefy 1″ × 2″ link pairs conform to any shape. Design Load is 1000 pounds. The actual usable load is dependent on the tent manufacturer’s permissible loads for the tent pole. Coarse adjust the clamping diameter with the 1” link increments and use the two offset locking pin holes in the main clamp body for finer adjustment. Tighten the Chain Pole Clamp with the included tee handle to secure the Chain Pole Clamp to the tent pole. A wrench may be used to further tighten the clamp up to a maximum of 75 foot pounds torque. Two ½-13 threaded holes are provided on the main clamp body for attaching point load accessories. The stainless steel chain link pins are hollow to allow easy length adjustment and pinned attachments at any possible location around the perimeter of the clamp. Chain attachment accessories quickly connect with two 3/8” x 1.5” ball detent pins to secure lights or accessory load points along the chain. All hardware is stainless steel to hold up in the outdoor unconditioned space tent environment.

CPC-EK

The Chain Pole Clamp Extension extends the grip range of the Chain Pole Clamp by 7” diameter out to 14” diameter. The Chain Pole Clamp Extension installs easily with just one quick release ball detent pin. The stainless steel chain link pins are hollow to allow easy length adjustment and attachments at any possible location around the perimeter of the clamp. Chain attachment accessories quickly connect with two stainless steel 3/8” x 1.5” ball detent pins to secure lights or accessory load points along the chain. All hardware is stainless steel to hold up in the outdoor unconditioned space tent environment.

The Chandelier Chain Mount is CNC machined from 6061T-6 aluminum and attaches with two stainless steel 3/8” x 1.5” ball detent pins through the Chandelier Chain Mount and the hollow chain link pins to secure ½” square bar or tube chandelier mounts anywhere along the length of the chain.

CPC-AB-MCMB

The Coupler Chain Mount is CNC machined from 6061T-6 aluminum and attaches with two stainless steel 3/8” x 1.5” ball detent pins through the Coupler Chain Mount and the hollow chain link pins to secure an attached Mega-Coupler anywhere along the length of the chain. The Mega-Coupler then provides a secure connection for a cross pipe or vertical pipe for hanging lighting or other loads. By using two vertically spaced Chain Pole Clamps each with the Coupler Chain Mounts, multiple 12 foot long pipes could be very securely positioned for lighting or other purposes.

CPC-MBCM

The Chandelier Mount is CNC machined from 6061T-6 aluminum and fastens to the main body of the Chain Pole Clamp with two ½”-13 flathead socket screws. The substantial body of the Chandelier Mount has a square cross section hole for securing ½” square bar or tube chandelier mounts.

CPC-CPA

The Coupler Pipe Mount is CNC machined from 6061T-6 aluminum and fastens to the main body of the Chain Pole Clamp with two ½”-13 flathead socket screws. A Mega-Coupler 1/2CS is then fastened to the Coupler Pipe Mount with an additional ½”-13 flathead socket screw. The Mega-Coupler provides a secure connection for a cross pipe or vertical pipe for hanging lighting or other loads. By using two vertically spaced Chain Pole Clamps each with the Coupler Mount, a 12 foot long pipe could be very securely positioned for lighting or other purposes.

The Light Chain Mount Bracket is CNC machined and formed from 6061T-6 aluminum and attaches with two stainless steel 3/8” x 1.5” ball detent pins through the Light Chain Mount and the hollow chain link pins to secure securing ½” square bar or tube chandelier mounts anywhere along the length of the chain. Multiple lights can be mounted easily to the Chain Pole Clamp while maintaining a very low profile. The Light Chain Mount is fastened directly to the light fixture’s yoke with either ½”-13 or 3/8”-16 hardware the same as if it were a clamp.

CPC-CHA

The CPC Chain Hoist Adapter is the lowest profile and cleanest looking method of connecting a chain motor to a tent pole. The center of the pick point is 8 inches from the pole surface to allow the chain motor full clearance from the tent pole. The Chain Hoist Adapter is CNC machined from 6061T-6 aluminum billet and will support up to one ton when secured with two of the Chain Pole Clamps to a tent manufacturer’s sufficiently rated tent pole. The Chain Pole Clamp’s many contact points maximize grip while the aluminum link design minimizes potential damage to the tent poles. Four ½”-13 Grade 5 bolts are used to secure the Chain Hoist Adapter to the two Chain Pole Clamps. The chain hook or the chain motor hook can be directly fastened into the Chain Hoist Adapter’s connection point.
