The MB-T12-C110 is an interchangeable lens clamp for the MB-T12 that is designed for mounting the matte box to a 110mm lens. Use the thumb screws to quickly attach the plate, or use those and the included standard screws (a 2mm hex wrench is required) to attach the clamp plate more permanently. The plate clamps onto the lens via a single, long knurled screw.
